Your application portfolio.
Finally under control.

GetInSync gives IT leaders a clear picture of every application they run - what it's worth, what it costs, and what to do about it.

Overview

Overview is your command center. Instead of a blank dashboard, it surfaces the actions that matter, answers plain-language questions, and rolls up every workspace into one view.

Application Health

How every application earns a TIME rating, then a PAID priority

Application Health is where assessment happens. Each application is scored through two short, weighted questionnaires. Together they produce its TIME rating, then PAID turns that rating into a ranked next step.

1 Assess with TIME

Two assessments. One clear rating.

Every application is evaluated from two angles, each a set of 1–5 questions with configurable weights that you set once and apply across every workspace.

Business assessment

10 weighted questions on value, criticality, adoption, and strategic alignment.

Produces Business Fit

Technical assessment

14 weighted questions on architecture, quality, stability, and security.

Produces Tech Health

Straight from the assessment wizard:

Business assessment B1 · Weight 15% → Business Fit

How directly does the application support your organization's strategic goals, service delivery, or compliance obligations?

  • 1 None Not tied to any organizational goal; little or no recognized business value.
  • 2 Low Limited or indirect link to organizational goals; contribution is marginal or secondary.
  • 3 Indirect Supports general operations but is not directly aligned with strategic objectives.
  • 4 Aligned Clearly supports one or more strategic goals or enables key outcomes such as program delivery or compliance.
  • 5 Essential Directly enables or is required to achieve a core strategic goal or mandated outcome.
Technical assessment T01 · Weight 10% → Tech Health

How modern and desirable is the underlying hosting architecture?

  • 1 Legacy Monolith Mainframe or heavy, non-standard hardware; rigid footprint.
  • 2 Legacy Client-Server Thick-client dependency; heavy server footprint; hard to scale.
  • 3 Virtualized N-Tier Standard virtual machines (Infrastructure as a Service); manual scaling.
  • 4 Containerized Container technology (Docker); localized footprint; automated scaling.
  • 5 Cloud-Native / SaaS Serverless functions or Software as a Service; zero infrastructure footprint.

Example answers shown for one application. GetInSync weighted-averages all 10 business and 14 technical scores into a single Business Fit and Tech Health.

The result: a TIME quadrant

GetInSync plots Business Fit against Tech Health and drops each application into one of four quadrants, so across the whole portfolio you can see what to keep, improve, tolerate, or retire.

2 Prioritize with PAID

Add criticality. Turn a rating into a priority.

A TIME rating describes an application's condition. PAID decides what to do about it first. GetInSync reuses the same assessment data and weighs in each application's criticality, how much the business depends on it, to score Impact against Technical Risk.

Tech Health

Know the real technology under every application, and whether it's still supported

Tech Health tracks the stack behind each app, operating systems, databases, web servers, and frameworks, and checks every version against the vendor's lifecycle calendar. End-of-life risk surfaces itself instead of hiding in a spreadsheet.

For ServiceNow teams

GetInSync is your CSDM accelerator.

GetInSync is built on the ServiceNow CSDM data model, so most teams reach the Crawl stage faster than they could in ServiceNow directly.
