He’s led IT teams, advised CEOs, and built tools that make strategy execution more straightforward and more transparent. With decades of experience working at the intersection of technology, finance, and business operations, Stuart knows how easily tech can drift away from what actually matters. At GetInSync, he focuses on closing that gap—giving teams the structure they need to prioritize, plan, and act with confidence.

Delta Holtby

Director of Customer Relations & Partner Manager

Delta has been with GetInSync for over five years, leading our customer and partner relationships with a personal, hands-on approach. Based in Regina, Saskatchewan, she brings a grounded perspective shaped by community values and a focus on service. Delta works closely with clients and partners to make sure they’re supported every step of the way. Whether she’s onboarding new users or helping partners grow, Delta is all about connection, follow-through, and getting results

Kip brings 25 years of IT and Global Business Services experience from Procter & Gamble, where he helped shift IT from a service provider to a strategic partner. For the past 10 years, through the Kip Fanta Group and Inixia, Kip has worked with CIOs, BRMs, and Shared Services teams to strengthen business partnerships and deliver measurable value.
