- Yes, for as long as you use it. The free tier gives one user one workspace, with inventory, TIME, PAID, and roadmap planning, plus a sandbox copy of City of Riverside. It is capped on edit users, workspaces, and monthly AI, and carries GetInSync branding on outputs. No paid commitment and no countdown - the one condition is dormancy: if the workspace goes unused we email a warning at 45 days and archive it at day 60.
- A workspace is where a team or organization manages its application portfolio, assessments, actions, and roadmap.
- An edit user is someone who can change data - add applications, run assessments, edit the roadmap. View-only users, who can see dashboards and reports but not change anything, are unlimited on every plan, including Freemium. So the per-plan limit (1 on Freemium, 5 on Plus, unlimited on Enterprise) applies only to the people doing the editing.
- Move to Plus when you need more edit users, more workspaces, a larger AI allowance, or your own branding in place of GetInSync's - that step is mostly about scale. Choose Enterprise when you need capabilities the smaller plans do not carry: SSO and advanced user administration, API and system integrations, live SharePoint publishing, white-label branding, and a sandbox and test environment, plus unlimited scale and implementation support.
