Enterprise

Give your people the information,
not another login.

Your live TIME analysis, published into your own SharePoint, in your own brand. The executives, service owners and finance leads who need it see it on the intranet they already open - no new tool to learn, no account to chase, no URL to remember.

Your data, in your brand, on your own intranet.

Sample data. Never a real customer.

3

people keep the
portfolio up to date

400 people need to see it

Service owners, finance leads and department heads, right across the organization. None of them needs a GetInSync login, and none of them has to wait for the next quarterly report.

What you can rely on

A number an executive can act on

These come from watching real portfolio reviews go wrong.

Nothing is silently missing

Every application appears - assessed, or visibly waiting. "13 of 14" is on the page, and the fourteenth is on the page too, marked "1 not yet assessed" rather than left out.

Your brand, without changing what the chart means

Your logo and your accent colour appear on the frame. The quadrant colours never change - green always means Invest, on every screen in your organization.

Live, not exported

It reads the live portfolio. Nobody rebuilds a deck, and nobody presents a number that was true in March.

For your security reviewer

It runs in your tenant, behind your own groups

Secured by your own Microsoft Entra

You choose which Entra groups can open which workspace, using the groups already in your directory. Nothing is visible unless you have granted it - there is no setting that leaves it open by default.

People sign in with the account they already have

There is no second identity to create, no extra password for anyone to forget, and nothing for you to provision when someone joins.

Set up and remove access with the tools you already know

It is Entra group membership, managed exactly where you manage everything else. Access is re-checked each time the page loads, so a change you make takes effect straight away.

How you get it

It is one page on your intranet

SharePoint publishing is part of Enterprise. What goes on that page is not a static panel or a picture of a report - it is a live view running in your own tenant, reading your own portfolio. You add the web part to a SharePoint page, choose the workspace, and it is live. You decide which Entra groups should see it and grant consent in your own tenant - and we are there with you for any of it you would rather not do alone.
